Lissoni’s design of The Residences was influenced by “space, color and light.” He creates open spaces in the living rooms and bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows which allow natural light to be part of the design and expose the skyline and water views. The Residences are fully appointed with sleek and elegant furniture and accessories hand-picked by Lissoni. Each accent is specifically placed to personalize the space. Lissoni is well-known for his celebrated furniture and lighting designs for brands including Boffi, Cassina, Kartell, Living Divani and Porro. The European-styled kitchens seamlessly blend with the rest of the residence. All of the appliances are tucked away keeping with the fresh, clean lines and sophisticated, contemporary layouts. The delicate “ton sur ton” color palette is based on neutral color schemes – incorporating white and beige hues.
