The aim of SHA is to ensure that all our guests enjoy a pleasant stay with us and leave looking and feeling younger and healthier, revitalised and renewed both inside and out. Guests will experience a fundamental change in their bodies, improving their quality of life, slowing down the ageing process and preventing illness. All our programmes and treatments are created and supervised by world renowned experts including the eminent Michio Kushi, world leader in modern macrobiotics.

Restaurants

The Main Restaurant offers the most select modern macrobiotic cuisine, with Mediterranean and Japanese fusions, using only natural organic ingredients. The dishes are prepared by eminent chefs from different continents under the supervision of Michio Kushi, the worldís leading representative of macrobiotics.
The Snack Bar, located on one of Shaís terraces and surrounded by palapas, serves healthy drinks, cocktails and light snacks as guests enjoy stunning views in an informal and relaxed setting.
The Tea Room offers various herbal and fruit teas as well as medicinal herb-based drinks in a peaceful setting with views of the Zen gardens.

The SPA

The SPA covers an area of over 1300 m, including an aqua-lab zone and a treatment zone. The aqua-lab zone includes therapeutic pools, physio-hydro massage beds, toning pool, pebble path, tepidarium, sauna, calidarium, sensations shower and relaxation areas, all surrounded by an incredible Zen garden. It also has a flotarium with salt water from the Dead Sea as well as chrome therapy and music therapy, where guests can enjoy a multi-dimension massage or a watsu massage. The treatment zone has 16 booths offering all kinds of natural therapies,
Massages and beauty treatments, including a suite where couples can have treatments together. Guests can also enjoy massages and treatments outdoors whilst contemplating heavenly views in a unique setting with palapas dotted around the infinity pool on the terraces, or in their own suites if preferred. The Spa has a hair styling salon, pedicure and chiropody facilities, as well as a tea room with oriental phytotherapy to help guests relax and unwind. Sodashi, Sensay by Kanebo and John Masters Organics are some of the natural cosmetic brands for guests to discover in this haven of relaxation and beauty.
